The Travers Reid Award for 2002
The Travers Reid Award for 2002 was won by Matthew Gaw for his excellent
student project entitled "A literature review of the neurological
implications that anxiety has on stuttering".
This Award is made annually in honour of Travers Reid, co-founder
and Life President of the Association for Research into Stammering
in Childhood.
As Travers was unable to make the presentation this year, Matthew
is seen pictured right receiving his trophy and a cheque for £300
from Lena Rustin, co-founder and Vice-President of the Charity.
