How You Can Help
We are very proud of our commitment to provide a free assessment
service to 200 children, aged 2-18, each year, from all parts
of the UK.
Robert, aged 5, had been stammering for nearly a year when he
was assessed at the Michael Palin Centre. Both his parents, John
and Michelle, came with him and helped to provide the information
needed to plan
an individual therapy programme for Robert. This programme will
be carried out by Robert's local speech and language therapist,
with support from the Michael Palin Centre as necessary.

You can help us to continue to support children who stammer by
making a donation to help us provide a free assessment for a child
like Robert.
Each child's assessment costs the charity £330 and your
donation can support us in providing this practical help for the
children who so urgently need it.
With your donation, you can help us to make sure that our waiting
list is based on the order in which children are referred to us,
and not on the family's ability to pay.
